Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy governs refund requests for purchases made on InstaCheat (instacheat.io), operated by NODE Piotr Nowicki, al. Aleja Komisji Edukacji Narodowej 36, lok. 112B, 02-797 Warszawa, Poland, NIP: 9512304601, REGON: 147233931.

We are committed to customer satisfaction while balancing the inherent characteristics of digital content and AI-generated media. This policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and compliant with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Note: The free preview feature (1 sample photo) is provided at no cost and does not involve any payment or refund. This Refund Policy applies exclusively to paid pack purchases.

2. Digital Content and Right of Withdrawal

The Service delivers custom-generated digital content that is produced immediately upon payment. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)(as transposed into Polish law by the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, Art. 38, point 13), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

By clicking "Pay" and initiating image generation, you expressly consent to the immediate commencement of the service and acknowledge the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal.

We retain a record of the checkout acknowledgements associated with the purchase session for compliance, evidentiary, and dispute-resolution purposes.

3. Voluntary 24-Hour Refund Guarantee

Notwithstanding the exclusion of the statutory withdrawal right, we voluntarily offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee under the following conditions:

3.1 Eligible Grounds for Refund

  • Material quality failure: The Generated Content is materially defective (e.g., severe distortion, unrecognizable likeness, corrupted files, significant artifacts rendering the content unusable).
  • Non-delivery: You paid for the Service but the Generated Content was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical error on our part.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same pack due to a payment processing error.

3.2 Non-Eligible Grounds

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with aesthetic style, color grading, or artistic interpretation, where the output is otherwise functional and recognizable.
  • Minor variations in likeness, pose, or composition that are inherent to AI-generated content.
  • Issues caused by low-quality, heavily filtered, or non-compliant Source Images uploaded by the User.
  • Change of mind after content has been successfully generated and delivered.
  • Inability to download content due to User-side technical issues (browser, device, network).

3.3 Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Requests received after this window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at:

Your refund request must include:

  • The email address used for the purchase (or Stripe receipt/transaction ID)
  • The name of the destination pack purchased
  • Date and time of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue, including screenshots of the Generated Content demonstrating the quality failure (if applicable)

5. Refund Processing

  • We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days.
  • Refund decisions will be communicated within 5 business days of acknowledgment.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5–10 business days. Actual bank processing times may vary.
  • Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency and amount. We are not responsible for exchange rate differences or bank fees.

6. Remedies Before Refund

Before issuing a refund, we may offer to regenerate your content at no additional cost if the quality issue is likely attributable to a correctable processing error. You are under no obligation to accept a regeneration offer in lieu of a refund.

Generated Content is delivered directly to your browser during the active session after payment verification, so you should download the files promptly once generation is complete.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Chargebacks incur significant processing fees and may result in the suspension of your access to the Service. We will cooperate with all legitimate dispute resolution processes.

8. Consumer Rights Preserved

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable mandatory law, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, and applicable unfair commercial practices legislation.

EU consumers retain the right to utilize the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
